Visiting Princeton and stopped at Mediterra. Our group shared the paella and it was enough for three people with leftovers. We enjoyed the hummus, which a unique taste. I believe tahini was mixed in. Service was perfect & waitress was pleasant.

Project hosted a dinner here, they did a very good job. The restaurant is beautiful. Stoneware place settings were unique, rich wood throughout, tables and dining room all created a comfortable atmosphere. Our server was no nonsense, professional, and ushered our disparate group into a cohesive dining experience. Hummus and papas bravas were nice starters. Menu is a patchwork of Mediterranean influences, featuring Spanish and Italian dishes. Service was spot-on, and we had a memorable meal.

We ordered the Salmon Tartare as an appetizer and the Paella for two. Both were delicious and the flavors were great! The Paella was lacking the crispy crunchy burnt rice bottom (soccarat) but the flavors were definitely there. We loved how generous they were with the portions, especially with the meats too. There's a few big mix of pork sausage, chicken, squid, scallop, and shrimp in the dish. The Salmon Tartare was great too, a nice light cold appetizer. Service was amazing, our waiter was the friendliest and sweetest. We came on a Friday night and every table was full, would definitely recommend getting a reservation before coming!

The staff were excellent! Very knowledgeable about their menu and just helpful. Great location for a group meal and parking was very accessible. Great natural light coming in from the huge windows. My fellow vegans fear not, they have a menu just for us. The food is delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

We went for the Valentine's Day prix-fixe menu. The appetizers were all delicious and my husband liked his food. I did not like my entree choice, but everything else was very good.

Food was amazing. We came here to celebrate our anniversary. Decided to dine here after a walk around town. The outdoor dining experience was enjoyable as we ate and listened to smooth music. Service was perfect and attentive The paella was perfect and just enough for the 2 of us the share. This will be a go to location whenever I'm in town.

Beautiful setting on a warm day. Plenty of outdoor patio seating. The servers were warm and welcoming. They were happy to accommodate my dietary challenges and build a tasty meal that excluded onions, garlic and peppers which was asking a lot of a place like this. My husband and son greatly enjoyed the paella. My roasted chicken and potatoes were cooked nicely.

Mother's Day is one of those guilt-offering dates on the hospitality calendar where you never know if you're getting a legitimate dining experience or the bums rush of a hastily prepared menu designed for speed, profit and turning tables. Valentine's Day I'm talking to you. Mediterra in Princeton was packed with mothers and those that love them from floor to ceiling but the service and menu were both exemplary. My chilled pea soup and Branzino were both memorable and easily defied my expectation of cringe. I normally don't venture out on marketing holidays preferring to wait a few days until the circus leaves town... but what can I say, I'm a mother lover. Five easy stars.
